By accessing or using Magic Read, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Magic Read provides digital language-learning tools including text reading assistance, pronunciation practice, translation support, vocabulary saving, flashcards, writing practice, and AI-assisted language learning tools. Features may change over time.
3. Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining account security, providing accurate information, and keeping login credentials confidential. Users are responsible for all activity occurring under their accounts.
4. Acceptable Use
Users agree NOT to use the service unlawfully, upload harmful or illegal content, attempt to reverse engineer the platform, overload or abuse the system, scrape or copy platform content, use automated bots without permission, or interfere with security features. Magic Read may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.
5. Intellectual Property
The Magic Read platform, branding, interface, educational materials, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce platform materials commercially, redistribute proprietary content, or copy or resell the service.
Users retain ownership of texts they upload. By uploading content, users grant Magic Read a limited license to process and display the content for educational functionality.
6. AI and Automated Processing
Magic Read may use automated systems and AI-based processing to analyze texts, generate translations, create learning materials, and provide pronunciation analysis. Results may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Users should independently verify important information.
7. Subscriptions and Billing
Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription details, pricing, and limits may change over time. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically, users may cancel anytime, cancellations stop future billing, and already processed payments may be non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Free Trial and Usage Limits
Magic Read may offer free plans, trial periods, and usage limits. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free features at any time.
9. Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may occasionally become unavailable due to maintenance, technical failures, third-party provider issues, or infrastructure outages.
10. Disclaimer
Magic Read is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee language learning outcomes, uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, or complete translation accuracy.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magic Read and its operators are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, business interruption, learning outcomes, or third-party service failures. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the previous 12 months.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if users violate these Terms. Users may stop using the service at any time.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
